In this workshop, host of BBC Radio 1's Decompression Session, Stuart Sandeman, will lead you through a powerful conscious breathing practise designed to clear physical, mental and emotional blocks and align you with your highest vibrational state.

Alongside Breathpod's signature beats and sound frequencies, Stuart will be accompanied by sonic sound artist, Kate Fleur Young, who will use the alchemy of crystal bowls and her voice to accelerate your healing and expansion of consciousness.
